The Tomorrow is a spicy tequila cocktail with japapeño and pineapple, garnished with a chili mango slice.

This was a damn good drink! I was going after a spicy-sweet-salty flavor and we hit on all those notes for sure.

I used Silver Tequila (also called White Tequila), and I’ve been a sucker for including jalapeños recently (see the spicy Ardiente and also the savory Dragon Wagon). To round out the flavor experiment, I brought in “sweet” by using pineapple. A keeper!

I’m also a sucker for a dramatic garnish, for those who are paying attention. Cheers!


  • 4 oz. Silver Tequila

  • 4 – 5 Hot & Sweet Jalapeño slices

  • 3 Large Chunks Pineapple

  • 2 Limes, squeezed

  • Small pour of “Jalapeño Brine” (good enough to drink on its own!)

  • Rim
  • Chipotle

  • Salt

  • Garnish
  • Chile mango slice


  • Rim your glass right away with dry ingredients, so that you don’t forget and have to start over…I always do that!
  • Put all ingredients, except Garnish and Rim in blender; blend until smooth (20 seconds or more).
  • Pour over ice; garnish with a badass spicy mango slice and you’re ready for anything.
  • Enjoy!
